Comments: Patrick and his team are great. They tore out an old asphalt garage floor and poured a new cement floor. They also poured a large concrete slab for RV parking and walk way that wraps around the house. Their work is high quality, everything is sloped well and leveled to match the existing structures like AC unit and crawlspace entrance. After a week there was a small area that had issues and Patrick agreed to repair it. I will use them for future projects.

Comments: Patrick and his crew of 2 to 5 guys removed and installed a new concrete driveway and sidewalk for two adjacent residences with a shared driveway. The new driveway has a brick border and exposed aggregate finish. The sidewalk replacement involved tree root pruning as directed by the city inspector. The job took about 10 days from start to finish and final approval from the city. We're very happy with the results. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because of a few communication gaps due to language. The proposal Patrick sent and wanted to use as a contract didn't include enough detail, so I prepared a contract with additional clauses and attached his proposal. That helped clarify the scope, but there were a few verbal discussions that were misunderstood. But, overall, a good experience and end product. I'd definitely use them again.

Comments: I just had a addition on to my drive way into a carport and a patio slab w/ a stamp installed by Patrick and his team. Hands down the best and most professional contractor i have ever had to work on my house. He was prompt and on time for a quote, and something that i rarely see: he said he was going to be there at a time and do a specific thing, and he was there at that time and did exactly what he said. Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team. He was very communicative with every step of the process, there was some weather delays so he contacted me and let me know that the pour would have to wait a couple days. The work looks fantastic and was exactly what i wanted, he even fixed a drain pipe that had a hole in it and the cleanup they did was far beyond any expectation. There is a reason why he has pretty much all 5 star reviews, the work, professionalism, and kindness all speak for themselves when you hire Patrick Masonry and Concrete, i will be recommending him to everyone i know.

He did this very slight grade to driveway, so that rainwater never puddles, and it flows away from house. Just looking at it, you wouldn't even know it was done. His crew worked very hard and always made the worksite clean. In 2019, I had Patrick replace some broken sidewalk squares. Again, nothing but professional. Came to work on the day he said he would. Completed the job and made sure to mark off area so that no one could damage new concrete. I would HIghly recommend this company.

I recommend them fully for stamped concrete patio projects, which was the main purpose of our project but really for whatever else they offer in addition to that as their workmanship and customer service was excellent from start to finish. Along with the new patio, they also removed our old deck, helped with other heavy debris removal projects around the yard, and showed great ingenuity in building a temporary support system for a large, but delicate tree that overhangs the patio area, which we hoped to preserve through the project. The entire group was very nice to work with and did a great job.

We had some delays with the project and he was very patient and understanding. He even had to re-grade the driveway area because the lawn irrigation install tore it all up. He didn't complain or charge me extra for having to do it twice. We had him extend our driveway to create an RV pad, tie in the concrete behind the garage to the RV pad and install a very large concrete patio. All the work is exceptional. I wish I knew how to post pictures because you have to see Patrick's work to appreciate it.
